Our priority at Canine Campus is to offer a safe and stress-free environment for your dogs and cats. We exercise our dogs in small play groups based on size, temperament, and age. There are slow and careful introductions made between dogs that have never played together. This is done on lead with individual handlers until the dogs indicate they will be OK together.

The play groups are never left unattended when they are out together during exercise. If you have a dog that prefers to be with humans only, they will not go out with any other dogs.

No animal will be accepted for boarding, day care or other services if it appears to have a contagious disease or is unhealthy to the point we cannot adequately provide care within our resources. We also will not accept females in heat or expected to go into heat during their stay.

Fee Policy

We no longer accept checks. We will take cash, however, it needs to be the exact amount because there is no capability to make change on site. Credit Card payments will be collected via our client portal or over the phone the shift in advance of your scheduled pick up. There is limited capability to run credit cards on site at check out.

Protocols

If your dog does not typically eat when stressed or in a new environment, we will not force him to eat. If your dog goes for 3 meals without eating, we will try to add some ground turkey roll or warm chicken broth to his meal as incentive to eat. If you would prefer us to use something else, please provide it with you when he checks in.

Puppy Policy

We love puppies! That said, young puppies' immune systems take some time to develop and each dog transitions from the immunity their mother gave them to their own immunity at different rates. That is why the Distemper combination vaccination is given/boostered at multiple times while they are growing.
