I was so NOT impressed after just talking to the woman who answered the phone. I even sent an email after getting off the phone. I do not penny pinch when it comes to my shepherds and as I told her, I just need a ball park figure on what they charge for neutering. I was told $55 for a new pet fee and initial visit but when I called back the next week to schedule the visit, I was told it was $69. They refused to give me any information at all on the price for neutering and stated they would discuss the rate at the initial visit.
The issue I have is paying for an office visit to be told an amount that is ridiculously over priced. The being laughed at when I questioned the two different dollar amounts actually ended the consideration of going to Aspen Arbor and I never did receive a response to the email either.

The team over at Aspen Arbor have always taken excellent care of our greyhound, Frostie. She still gets excited to see everyone there even after a couple procedures. Great and caring team here!

I left this review based on my own opinions, it seems you forget how you were treating you're customers and forget that she has it all on video, also you guys were the one bullying her and threatening her with the police while you where at fault, yes the dog did get attacked by the other dogs but he didn't look like that when he went in. I'm making this review because I'm a dog owner myself and the way the dog was treated was NOT okay so I'm putting this review so that other people can be aware and not waste there time! If anyone would like to see the videos please have them contact me.

Everyone that works here is welcoming and friendly. My two dogs were well take care of. They reach out when you need services and are very helpful over the phone. All around great experience with them.
