We have such a hard time getting people to watch our dog. He is a german shepherd with anxiety who takes medication for it. We have been turned away from other pet boarding facilities due to agresssion. I find it difficult to believe that there are not other high anxiety dogs being boarded, but we usually used a trainer, but it wasn't available to us this trip. They recommended The Pet Salon and we were not dissapointed.
They were kind with our Louie and even though the gentleman was not liked by our dog, he got the care he needed, his medication (at no extra cost) and his own kennel and run. We could not be more pleased with the price and kindness of this family owned business. We highly recommend it for boarding, especially a dog with high anxiety/drive. Did I mention they are flexible with pick up to some degree! Just ask!

The Pet Salon is a little off the beaten path for me but I am so happy I ended up here with my 12 year old Yorkie girl. They are friendly, listen to how you want your baby groomed and they did exactly as requested. I would not hesitate to take her back again!

The Pet Salon is actually my friend Mike Hawk's house. So they do not have a pet salon and they do not own pets. I do not understand but we have a great time riding dirt bikes in the woods behind his house every time we go there and lighting off Dynamite. So I had a great time

We love taking our two yorkies here when we have to go out of town. We trust them so much. My pups love their AC indoor kennel that has their own outdoor area so they can sun bathe! Pups always come home clean. Will continue to come here!

The kindest most understanding owners we've experienced in our travels in the USCG east coast. They knew about the USCG shutdown and offered to wave fee till the shutdown was over. I wanted to take it but they are so great to our dogs that I couldn't possibly. The offer was heartwarming. Five stars
