Is this store still in business? Surprised if it is. I passed by on a visit to Aspen, Co., and it has been closed for several years. The owner/manger was rude, at best. My store credit is still in limbo. Several attempts to reach out to their "website" has gone unanswered. The store was always overpriced. Oh, well.live and learn from weak, dishonest people. Their phone number is disconnected. If I recall, the owners name is Steve Fagte. He has multiple negative reviews on multiple sites. Live and learn from loser/cheats.

C.B. Paws is a very special place! There is a wonderful and large selection. The owner of the store is a very nice man who cares about his two and four legged customers. He spent a lot of thoughtful time helping us find the best fit/options for our pup yet pushed no product on us at all. We are so happy with all of our purchases and can't wait to be back!

I noticed in the Aspen paper you are suing customers who post negative reviews. Well, bring on the lawyers! The man who runs the store treated my wife and family so rudely we will never shop there again. Plus, your prices are ridiculously high, even for Aspen. Instead of suing customer, why not try offering friendly service instead?

Service was helpful but would have been nice to know that all sales are final in a more upfront way. I purchased (overpriced) product and changed my mind 2 days later, unused gear, and the employee was rude about the fact that "Well, I don't take refunds so." Note: do your research. At least 30% mark up on everything they sell.

Cute shop in aspen. I go nearly every time I'm in town from down valley. Sometimes I just look, I love the items for sale. If you're in town with your furry friend, this is a fun place to spend a few minutes!

We were shopping for a new collar and leash for my dog. They have the best selection in Aspen, hands down. Also a great selection of toys, and treats. Pet-friendly store.

Approximately two years-ago I purchased and returned a retractable leash all in the same day at CB Paws. My husband misplaced our leash in our belongings and the purchase was not necessary. To my surprise, I was told that the store policy is that returns are for exchange or store credit only. To date, I still have a store credit. In effect, my currency is still in the coffers of CB Paws. This makes me wonder how many store credits does CB Paws have, for how many customers, and for how much.
My accounting background raised my curiosity. Could it be that CB Paws has been accumulating the assets of customers for ten years? This could be a very tidy sum. I urge all persons similarly situated to call due their store credit due. Also, I have to wonder how The Colorado Department of Revenue treats this issue? To say the least, CB Paws wont be getting any more free money from me.
