I took my cat there yesterday. I had an appointment for 3:30 pm. We had to wait in the car (it was 94 degrees outside). Waited 15 minutes for them to bring paperwork to be filled out because we were new clients. After picking up the paperwork and my cat we waited an additional 1 1/2 hours in the hot car. I finally called them and asked if the vet has seen the cat yet. They told me not yet. At that point I just told them to bring me my cat. I will never use their services or recommend anyone else to go there.

Worst Veterinarian Clinic I have ever been at. Recommended costly procedures which were determined to be unnecessary by other Vet Clinics. Thankfully I sensed that they were just trying to scam me. Completely unethical practice.

Being that this was my first visit, it was nothing less than exceptional, professional, friendly, smooth and easy going. Dr. Joshi and his medical staff is so kind and thoughtful in the process of taking care of my cats UTI, giving me the options to give her the medications she needs. Thank you Tiffany, who helped me with my paperwork and front desk service. Very sweet and friendly. Jada and Noel who helped with assisting my cats samples to the lab.
I even witnessed the staff taking care of the team when dr. is done for the day, reassurance that everyone is on top of their game. Such a wonderful first experience from start to finish. Thank you kindly for such a wonderful first visit. I will definitely be a long term fur mama client. :
