Heartfelt thank you! Dean, the kindness you have shown to me, Sargie, and now Chey is truly overwhelming. I've boarded several dogs here. I boarded my mom's mini schnauzer when she had a heart attack and was in the hospital. I've also boarded foster dogs here when I had to go out of town. I really like it. They follow my directions for feeding very closely which is good because I have high standards and provide a high quality food.

After every visit we send our customers a comment card to rate us in quality of pet's care, friendless of service, convenience and value. Staff was courteous & accommodating. Front desk attendant even opened the door 10 minutes prior to your opening hour when she saw me waiting. This small gesture helped me catch my flight at Cleve-Hopkins! :.
