Staff, as always, was professional and knowledgeable. Our puppy Macy literally enjoys visiting the Niles facility. The only negative we have experienced is a misunderstanding about the Puppy Paw Plan. Overall a positive decision.

Been coming here for over 2 years now. Staff and Doctors are awesome! My Puggle, Artie, loves going here. The "Paw Plan" is pretty cool and has saved me tons of money so far, so definitely ask about that! The place is always clean!

I was a basket case when I brought my cat in for an emergency. They made a very bad situation better. They explained everything and I knew what was going on and what that would look like in payment form. It felt like they moved mountains for us. I would recommend them to everyone. I should also note that they were not taking new clients. I knew no one in the area. We just moved from TX. Again. top notch. I am incredibly thankful that I found them.
