Dog Boarding
Our boarding service provides a safe, climate-controlled environment with individual kennels and 3.5 hours of daily playtime. Dogs enjoy supervised outdoor activities, personalized feeding, and medication administration. The facility features separate spaces for small and large dogs, with options for private or family-grouped stays.
Daycare
Daily socialization and exercise in a secure 8,000 sq ft facility with separate play areas for different dog sizes. Includes food options, nap time in private kennels, and special accommodations for shy or elderly dogs. Available Monday through Saturday with flexible half-day and full-day pricing.
Training
Six-week training programs covering basic obedience, socialization, and behavior modification using positive reinforcement techniques. Offers adult dog, puppy, and small breed classes, plus private sessions focusing on specific behavioral challenges. Curriculum includes leash walking, command training, and distraction management.
Bathing
Professional bathing services with nail trimming, ear cleaning, and blow-drying included. Available by appointment Monday-Saturday. Staff provides gentle handling for anxious pets while maintaining safety protocols during grooming procedures.

What vaccinations are required for boarding or daycare?
We require current vaccinations for Distemper/Parvo, Rabies, and Bordetella (kennel cough). All dogs undergo a flea check during check-in.
Do you offer tours of the facility?
Yes, we provide free facility tours any time during business hours. Call ahead to ensure availability.
Can multiple dogs from the same family share a kennel?
Yes, we allow multiple dogs from the same household to stay together in our larger kennels at no extra charge.
What are your holiday hours?
On Sundays and major federal holidays, we're open 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM for check-ins and check-outs.
Do you offer discounts for extended stays?

Had heard good things about this place but was really disappointed when I left three messages in a three week span and was promised a call back by the dog training instructor Tim, but never once got a call back. I guess good customer service is not a priority for this company. :

We love the Dog Zone. The staff are so caring to our dog! Our beagle gets so excited whenever we bring her there! I highly recommend this place for your pup!

I adopted a dog from a shelter. Part of the reason the people left her there is because they didn't have a firm enough hand. Should have paid more attenton. LOL! We started taking kismet to The Dog Zone and it was the best decision we could of made. She listens better, she has better social skills, she is actually tired. We have used there overnight service too and that went well. The people that work there are nice and eager to help out.

I bring my 75 lb. APBT to The Dog Zone to get her nails trimmed. The folks here are professional and make 'quick' work of this task. As of late 2021, The Dog Zone has moved their facilities approximately a mile (3 min drive) to 12 International Way.

We call this spot "summer camp". Our pups are always happy and well cared for when we board them. Fees are reasonable and staff are friendly and competent. I recommend you add a day or more of daycare onto your boarding - it makes for a happy doggo!
