The Cat Care clinic is hands down the best option for vetinary care for cats. Having an office that is customized for felines with a less stressful atmosphere for kitties is wonderful. The staff is very kind and considerate. Even when the circumstances might be sad, they do their best to provide comfort for the cats and owners. The cat care clinic consistently provides quality care. We would highly recommend them for any cat care needs.

We've been bringing our kitty here for a couple years now. The staff is super friendly and it's a pretty seamless experience. They take good care of our kitty too. It's on the pricier side but we have pet insurance so we don't mind.

Wonderful vet! The staff were always so friendly and helpful and Dr. Neale was exceptionally caring and thorough with my senior cat, all the way through to her unfortunate passing at age 17. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a vet office who will go the extra mile for your best friend.

Emailed an appointment request per their website, via their website. No reply, now almost a week ago. Thanks for the amazing customer service and level of concern for my cat! A simple "we received your message and are busy" would have sufficed. Will they ever answer? Doesn't matter now, the damage is done.

Kept putting up with it because they are convenient but am more than done now. Over fed my cat who js on a restricted diet. Poor communication every single time we engage. Still doing Covid restrictions.

My name isn't Bob although that always pops up when I log into Google. My name is Colleen and I had my first visit with Cat Care Clinic today. As someone who worked in the veterinary field for 44 years, and am now retired, I set the bar very high when attempting to find a veterinary hospital that would meet all my requirements. I found it today. Dr. Neale was very gentle and kind to my cat and attentive to what I said about her. He was thorough and straightforward. The staff I met (Melodie and Emily) were equally as wonderful. I left the clinic very satisfied and would recommend them to any cat loving cat owner!
