Every pet is treated as we would our own. We make sure of that. There is a level of efficiency, collaboration, and polish here at Brook Farm that you won't find elsewhere. Your pet is precious to you. We understand. They're precious to us, too. It's why we're here. And because of that, we've worked hard to build an environment that people and pets actually enjoy being in.
An atmosphere where you feel like family. Because to us, you are. We have finally found 'our vet!' I am just so grateful for their level of care and compassion.

About

The love we feel for animals drives us to do our best - we're not afraid to roll around on the ground with a pup, and we love the kitten snuggles and puppy breath that greets us each day. Brook Farm is owned entirely by our founder, Dr. Evan Kanouse DVM, and his son, Evan Kanouse, Jr. We work with initiative, positivity and warmth to bridge the gap between human and pet, focusing on wellness to keep a better, stronger bond - we know pets are family.Empathy begins before our first interaction. Because even before we can share what we know, or do what we do in caring for animals, we must care for people.

Wellness Care
Report
We'll make sure your pet is happy and healthy with a comprehensive exam and personalized treatment plan. Comprehensive physical examinations conducted at Brook Farm provide an in-depth assessment of your pet's overall health, establish important baselines and meticulously inspect your pet from tooth to tail.
We know from human medicine that oral hygiene is incredibly important for overall wellbeing. It's a key way to keep your cat or dog healthy. Dental disease in dogs and cats is very common, and very dangerous. Left untreated, it can lead to major problems like heart disease and kidney failure. If a cat or dog could brush their own teeth, it'd prevent the need for frequent cleanings, but unfortunately they can't. During dental cleanings, we remove tartar from the teeth and under the gum lines, which will prevent infection and bone loss.
