I have a very, very very anxious cat and I cannot overstate the level of care and compassion the team at Just Cats demonstrated for her (and for me honestly! I was a wreck because she was a wreck but they were so so kind and understanding!) She's normally a sweet confident little lady but she becomes pretty much feral when she has to be put in a crate, which is then made exponentially worse by being in the car and then to be in a new place?
Oh no, she was not having a good time. But they were so so sweet with her and were able to do all they needed to do in a way that was as comfortable for her as possible and I cannot rave enough about them. If you have a super scaredy cat, or really any cat, I highly, highly recommend. And also everyone I've spoken to there has just been super super nice! 10/10.

Not just one experience, but nearly 10 years of exemplary care for my cat, spanning both clinics and probably nearly anyone that has every been employed at Just Cats. Needless to say, I had a very special needs girl - and from her very first visit to Guilderland, to her very last at Saratoga - I got nothing less than the vet care that every cat owner dreams of. The staff not only gave us medical care over the years, but food advice, medicine administration tips (every cat owners nightmare) and tons and tons of love, compliments, and "you're so cute! so adorable!" to a girl that sometimes came in looking quite mangy!
I should mention the care is matched with the best doctors. My girl was kept alive with an excellent quality of life for years longer than anyone would have thought. They took excellent, excellent care for her and helped me do the same. There is not a business in the Cap District/Saratoga Region that I would more adamantly recommend than Just Cats Vet. If you have a cat, there is simply NO better place. If you don't have a cat, consider adopting one from a shelter, and be sure to bring it to your nearest Just Cats clinic;)

We brought our two year old kitty, Bradley, to Just Cats after a bad experience with our previous vet and we are so happy to have made the change! Every staff member we have interacted with has been friendly, helpful, and patient when it comes to answering our (probably far too many) questions. Our cat needed a dental cleaning and several extractions, which we were quite nervous about, but they made the experience as comfortable as possible.
They called several times throughout the procedure to update us on how Bradley was doing and gave us so much information and support when it came to his post-surgery care. It truly feels like everyone at Just Cats cares for their "patients" as if they were their own pets and for this reason alone, I'd recommend them to anyone!

They Were very friendly, gentle and very knowledgeable. Prices were also the most reasonable you will get around here which is deff a plus. I was adopted by a stray cat, whom I love so dearly. When I bought him to Just Cats, they were so gentle and loving. He has feline leukemia and they have been so helpful with his care. I couldn't imagine bringing him anywhere else.
