My family was just recently blessed with a kitten. We haven't had a new pet for a few years. We had a appointment for her which was set. Got a call from someone who should not be calling people asking for money to hold an appointment. Very rude. If it was presented in different format our family wouldn't of Google a better avenue.

It seems they cater to emergencies more than anything. Had an appointment we were ten minutes late for. (We live a half hour away and got a bit lost on the way) they told us our cat couldn't be seen and we had to make a new appointment. Ten minutes. Overall, the staff isn't very friendly, and I won't be bringing my pets back here

There the best! I have 3 cats and I've been going there for about 13 years. Very friendly, treat you like family, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Love how they can help and guide me in keeping my cats living a long healthy life.
