Cat Boarding
Cat boarding guests enjoy multi-level Kitty Condos with individual ventilation and views of a tropical freshwater aquarium. Our feline accommodations feature quiet environments with personalized attention, special dietary provisions, and dedicated care for cats with medical needs. We maintain separate housing for special needs cats and enforce strict hygiene protocols to ensure a stress-free experience for our feline guests.
Doggie PlayCare
Our supervised daycare program offers structured socialization opportunities in a 1,500 sq ft indoor playroom and 8,000 sq ft outdoor yard. Certified staff oversee age-appropriate activities with temperament-tested dogs, providing balanced physical exercise and mental stimulation through rotating enrichment programs. Questions
What vaccination records are required for boarding?
Dogs need Rabies, DHLP, Bordetella, and Canine Influenza with recent fecal test. Cats require Rabies, FVRCP, and FeLV. Records must be provided before check-in.
Do you offer 24/7 emergency care?
Yes, our facility is staffed 24/7 with certified technicians and has immediate access to on-call veterinarians for emergency medical situations.
Can I tour the facility before boarding?
Yes, we offer facility tours Monday-Friday 7AM-6PM and Saturday 8AM-3PM to show pet owners all accommodation and play areas.
What special care options exist for senior pets?
Our Serenity Row provides quiet accommodations with specialized monitoring for geriatric pets, including medication administration and modified activity plans.
How do you handle pet behavior issues during daycare?

I always trust them here with my Zoey. The staff is so nice and she loves it here. Best thing is she is exhausted when she comes home.

The last three times I have picked her up she has not been clean. Her bed smelled like urine. Today was the last time I will use them. She only stayed one night and was covered in urine/diarrhea?. How does that even happen and then not even clean her up? The young lady even told me she did not eat much. She obviously was stressed. Not what I wanted to do first thing when I brought her home.

Went to look around and to kind of get a lay of the land so to speak. This place is unbelievable. People are well trained and the Palms offers boarding, grooming, training, day care and anything else you can think of.

Our dog goes to playcare here occasionally during the week. They are always friendly, professional, clean, and my dog LOVES going here. I feel confident in his care while I am gone. They even have several cameras that you can log into while you are away and check on your puppy. That's always so sweet to see. I look forward to it! Great job, The Palms!

Used them for a week stay for my two extra large girls and seriously the best stay in SA for them. Rest at easy knowing a DR checks them daily and he's the best one we've met! comparable prices to everyone else with more benefits!
