POLICY: We accept debit or credit cards as forms of payment over the phone or in person. All customers are responsible for the boarding time they have listed on their reservation check in sheet, and must pay for the time reserved. This still applies if you return early and come to pick up your pet without giving us at least two days' notice.
Vaccination Requirements

For the safety of your pet and other pets vacationing with us, we do require all vaccine boosters to be administered at least 72 hours prior to their visit. Requirements are the same for all pets boarding, grooming, and those in day care. All vaccinations need to be verified by documentation from your veterinarian.

Yes, our home is located 100 feet from our pet boarding facility. There is always someone here 24/7 unlike some pet boarding/day care facilities that vacate their facility after closing hours. Brentwood Pet Resort provides frequent checks throughout the night ensuring each and every one our guests are clean, safe, and happy.
