The prices are fair for what they have. Clean facility. My dogs love the groomers. They won't go anywhere else. They are timid without their humans and they are very comfortable and excited when we go here. Dog approved 100%. Very fair prices for grooming. They don't do kennels. The staff there are extremely helpful and friendly.

IF YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF ON YOUR LET'S FOOD, SHOP HERE. I GIVE THIS PLACE A ZERO. THEY UPCHARGE LIKE CRAZY. MY DOG FOOD (STELLA & CHEWY FREEZE DRIED) USED TO BE $54.00. I went the other day and it was $80.00! It is still 54 dollars at centinela fees down the street. And also online. When I shockingly asked why they girl was a complete jerk and said "they up set their prices so we had to too. If you don't want to shop here anymore then don't. " horrible customer service. And unfair prices. Bad bad experience.

My client's dog, an Aussie, got away from the groomer and was on the loose for 24 hours. Everyone was devastated until she turned up the following day sleeping in some bushes. Two good Samaritan's helped capture the frightened dog and as luck would have it my client was scouring the streets looking for her and drove up at that moment and rescued her. She was pretty traumatized and hadn't been eating.
I phoned My Pet Naturally and asked if they could deliver some Real Meat Lamb treats and Erin was delightful, said yes she could have it there between 12-1. I just heard from my client and the dog is begging for more she's so happy. Thank you!

Well, if you are shopping for cat food/items good luck. This is mainly a dog food store. Also the prices on the shelves may not be what you're charged, when I noticed a pack of food was 3$ more they shrugged and said that prices are rising so fast they can't keep up. I don't think that's the best excuse, it's one main part of owning and running a store. It's tough because I like to support local shops, but I think I'll go to another local store that offer a better selection of things for cats.

I highly highly recommend Jose for grooming services my dog is very particular with groomers and Jose really is passionate about what he does and several times we have seen many dogs get excited to see Jose when they walk in!

I Love this store and their groomers for many reasons; but let me begin by relaying something I witnessed. A young woman was very obviously high and hanging outside in their parking lot. The owner, Neal, was having her sit down on their bench and offering her a bottle of water when I had come up just leaving Trader Joes where I got this same girl some nourishment and toiletry items she had asked me for when I asked her if there was anything I could do for her.
That seemingly small act of kindness on Neal's part is HUGE as most shops would rather not be bothered, nor treat her well. Meanwhile, my dog was being groomed and both Lois and Ivan are great. The store has wonderful natural flea remedies that actually work, as well as food and treats. I am a fan for life of anyone who shows such kindness.
