Noe Valley Pet Company opened in 1999 on its original corner site at Church and Cesar Chavez Streets. The shop was begun by animal lovers Paula Harris and Celia Sack who deemed it a "mom and mom" store. Over the past 21 years, Noe Valley Pet Co. has grown to become a neighborhood institution, the go-to place to get a referral for a doting cat sitter or an exceptional dog trainer. Our vision remains to sell the highest quality products whether it's sophisticated dog collars, natural pet foods, or utilitarian cat litter.
