We have used Happy Hound for years. They are always on time, professional, friendly and attentive to the needs of our dogs. We have one very nervous dog and they always go out of their way to make her feel comfortable. In addition to being so convenient, our dogs look fantastic and smell great when they are done, and we couldn't be happier.

Marissa was Amazing and patient! Our multipoo is high energy- (couldn't get her still for a photo) required a complete shave and our black lab looks shiney and new! The convenience and out come was worth the price!

I've used this company as a back up several times for my shih tzu with no issues. Well that changed recently! I got a call regarding my upcoming appointment which is in 2 days. They stated they didn't realize his age. Apparently there's an age limit of 12. Let me add that they've serviced him since then and didn't say a word about a limit. She kept asking about his health. Even after I told her numerous times, that he has no behavioral or health related issues.
She asked multiple times! Every time I stated there were no issues she would say well things can change and that if they come and he gets stressed that they will charge me for the entire service. I replied he's fine and then asked her why I would get him groomed by a stranger if he gets stressed out! She kept coming up with every excuse of grooming my dog. I finally said "you act like you don't want to service my dog. Just cancel the appointment." I will NEVER use this company again!
