Dr. Nakamura and the rest of the EBAH team are so great! She is so patient and kind, when sharing results and options for my dog gives me all of the details and information so I can make a good decision. She takes the time to make sure I fully understand and I feel comfortable asking even the dumbest questions. I know they are busy and work super hard, but they all somehow make me feel like my pet is the most important. Everyone is so nice and despite my dog being very nervous at the vet, I trust them with her whole heartedly!

I love this team so much! They are by far the place to go for everything and if you are looking for the best care on phone, in person, via email etc they knock it out of park on all fronts. Thanks to the entire team for years of tender care for my little kitty meow The Waitress! If I could give an extra star I would!

We have been bringing our cats & dogs to Elliot Bay for many years. They have taken amazing care of them--from routine care to illness, cancer, and old age. From Reception to the Pharmacy to the Vets to the Techs, I've always been happy with the service they've provided. Fees are lower than what we paid elsewhere. So happy we found them!
