My dog and I always have a great experience at Happy Dog Spot! They offer boarding and daycare so I've always got somewhere to take him. My boy always has so much fun and comes back worn out ready for the next day.

Critical: Professionalism Took my dog here multiple times for boarding and daycare and have never had an issue until my dog was attacked and needed to be taken to a hospital. The staff repeatedly had an attitude towards me over the phone and in person when dropping him off. Would not recommend.

Critical: Reliability They claimed my 5m old golden retriever barked too much and wouldn't accept him. It was his first time at any kennel and I thought they'd be understanding of an adjust period. Apparently not.

We have been taking our Bernedoodle pup here for over a year. We started out with a local competitor and quickly switched to Happy Dog Spot. Tracy and her group really care for the dogs, communicate concerns and feedback readily. They have a terrific COVID protocol and we have never worried about our pups safety then entire time he has gone there. FYI-your other daycares and I guarantee you will smell dog urine. This HAS NEVER happened when we were able to take our pup inside (pre-COVID) Tracy runs a very clean facility and our dog simply loves them all!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality Don't consider if you have a larger dog, even if extremely well behaved. You will be asked to not return and made to feel as though you and your dog are being punished because of their size.

I have a very nervous rescued puppy who is easily stressed outside of his normal activities at home. He needed his nails trimmed and I called and got an appointment right away. They did a great job with my puppy and his nails. I will be going back again.
