After moving south we tried numerous groomers and without fail they all left us very dissatisfied. We now gladly make the drive up to Groomingdales because their service, attention to detail and care is top notch! I was so happy to see that Allie the groomer followed my instructions to a T, loved on my pup and took great care of him while he was there.

Most pets don't have a problem staying most of the day, as we offer a virtually cage free environment in a more relaxed atmosphere. Bathing your pet at home can be a real chore without the proper equipment, product and know how! Following are a few tips to help you successfully bathe your pet at home with minimal frustration and disappointment. Always bathe in lukewarm to cool water. The reason he's still matted even after you brush him daily, is because the brush itself is the wrong kind for his coat, or because you haven't been able to get to his skin to effectively remove dead coat, undercoat and/or tangles. If you can't get a comb through from the skin straight out, with no resistance, then you have a matted pet to some degree.
