Boarding

Our crate-free boarding accommodates dogs of all sizes with three distinct facilities. The Tradition offers climate-controlled private quarters with outdoor access, The Cottage provides a luxury space for small dogs, and The Farm features expansive areas for active pets. All guests enjoy multiple daily play sessions in secure yards.

Doggy Day Care

Six play yards and two dog parks ensure socialization and exercise. Staff screen dogs for compatibility, while low-energy pets receive specialized care. Services include daily play sessions, shaded rest areas, and flexible drop-off/pickup times from 7:30 AM to 6 PM Monday-Friday.

Training

Private and group classes focus on basic obedience. New trainer Rachael Warnock offers personalized sessions with a no-charge initial consultation. Group classes require prior private instruction and maintain small sizes (4-5 dogs) for effective learning.

Grooming

Baths and nail trims performed in a calming environment. Services include de-scenting, ear cleaning, and natural shampoo use. Pets enjoy play yard access before/after appointments with no extra charge for early drop-off or late pickup during business hours.

Dog Park

Three-acre park with separate areas for large and small dogs. Features include shaded seating, water stations, agility equipment, and climate-controlled play yards. Membership requires canine evaluation and includes 1-2 household dogs with annual fees.

Questions

What vaccinations are required for boarding?

Dogs must have current Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella vaccines at least five days prior to arrival. Proof of monthly flea/tick prevention is also required.

Do you offer dog training services?

Yes, we provide private basic obedience training with Rachael Warnock and group classes requiring prior private instruction. Rates start at $100/hour for private sessions.

What are your boarding facility options?

We offer three distinct environments: The Tradition (climate-controlled private quarters), The Cottage (luxury small-dog space), and The Farm (expansive active-dog areas) with multiple play yard access.

Can I tour the facility before booking?

Absolutely! We encourage visits anytime during designated tour hours (10:00-10:45 AM or 3:30-5:30 PM Mon-Fri) or by appointment to experience our transparent operations.

What is your cancellation policy?

Deposits are refundable minus $10 fee with 48-hour cancellation notice. No refunds after cancellation deadline. Holiday bookings follow specific terms provided at reservation.

Do you have a dog park for public use?

Our three-acre dog park requires membership with canine evaluation. Annual memberships ($175) include 1-2 household dogs with access during specified daily hours.

I tried to reschedule my grooming but they wouldn't allow me to unless I sent them another 20$. Don't come here cause they're not understanding and very inconsiderate of your time and money I understand for cancellations taking the full amount but I just wanted to reschedule. The lady on the phone was very nice and polite but it's just a waste of time coming here if you have bumps in the road or something comes up.

I needed to revaccinated my dog cause when I sent it in I noticed it was overdue and I just wanted to reschedule within the time frame of me getting her vaccinated and valid for her next groom and they were very inconsiderate about that.

Paid for the yard experience so she could run around and not be stuck in a cage all day. Would give zero stars if possible. They left my dog in a kennel for 7 days because she acted aggressive they said, yet refused to call the emergency number I left for her to be picked up by family.

My breeder recommended Big Oaks for their training program as he has used their services for all his dogs. I started with the puppy training and then sent my German Shorthair Pointer to train with Alex on-site for 6 weeks. Every week when I came to work with her, I was impressed by how much she has learned. I now take her everywhere with me and I get so many compliments on how well she behaves. When we get another pup, I'll be coming back to work with Alex.
