I won't say where my puppers last stayed when we had to board them, but I will say how extremely HAPPY we are to have found Jin's bed and biscuits! My puppers came home, yes exhausted, but still happy, acting like their normal selves, and were in no hurry to leave! The facility is so warm and welcoming, I wasn't rushed at any point and when I picked them up it was obvious they spent time with my babies! I have already booked them for their next stay! Thank you Jin's Bed and Biscuits for taking such an amazing care of my babies!

Out all the places we tried in the past this is the last stop for us. They always take great care of our dogs each time we go out of town. Their dogs run, kennels and staff are top notch. Highly recommend.

The best kennel in New Braunfels, no question. Elise is so engaging, efficient, and professional, we never hesitate to leave our pups in her care. We love it if we see photos of them on the Facebook page.

Elise and staff were amazing and very accommodating! We have never left our 3 year old Aussie with a boarding facility and they made us feel welcomed and at ease, from when they first came to get her from our car. I was given a confirmation call on the morning of drop-off and Elise called on pickup day to remind of hours. Our travel plans changed and they even allowed her to stay an extra night. Our pup was happy and well taken care of when coming home! She even smelled good!; We will be trusting Jin's, from now on, to take care of our baby when we go out of town. Thank you Elise and staff!
