What is your return policy?
We offer 30-day returns for store credit with original receipt. Aquariums must be unused, and $100+ returns incur 15% restocking fee. Clearance items are final sale.
Do you guarantee fish compatibility?
We provide expert recommendations but cannot guarantee compatibility due to fish behavior unpredictability. Customers should research species requirements before purchase.
Do you offer water testing?
Yes, we provide free water testing for new aquarium setups to ensure proper chemical balance before adding aquatic life.
When do fish shipments arrive?
Freshwater fish arrive Tuesdays and Fridays. Saltwater fish shipments occur every other Friday. Schedule subject to change based on supplier availability.
What warranty do you offer?
Freshwater fish have 24-hour replacement warranty. Saltwater fish may be replaced at half price within 24 hours with valid water sample. Corals and invertebrates have no warranty.

I just want to say their staff is very friendly and know a lot of stuff, I been in the hobby of fish keeping for around 1 year and I was very impressed with everything they have, I also didnt see any dead fish (like in petco/petsmart). I also bought some skirt tetras from them and they are healthy and are thriving in my fish tank
