I had reached out to them about my ferret and got a call back they told me they would look into pricing for test and would call me back later that afternoon, I received no call and the next day I called back and no one answered so I left a voicemail and the whole day went by and I didn't receive a call back, the next day they called me and the told me that the person who I had previously talked to didn't work that day and would be back Monday and she would give me a call then, Monday is here and I waited and waited and didn't receive a call, very unprofessional.

Absolutely fantastic place. Staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable in their services. The vet called me after my dogs exam to let me know what she had found and what she recommended. Will definitely be using them as my primary vet for as long as I remain in Dallas! Thank you guys again for taking such great care of Chewie

Dr. Maxwell and staff are AMAZING! They clearly really care about the animals, and do everything in their power to help you help your pet. They are thorough, responsive, and thoughtful, and understand what a worried pet owner needs!
