Questions
What are your vaccination requirements for boarding?
Required vaccinations include Rabies, Bordetella, DHLPP, K9 Influenza, and Leptospirosis for dogs; Rabies, FeLeuk, and FVRCP for cats.
Do you accept pets with special needs?
We accommodate senior pets with staff assistance but cannot board pets requiring medical treatment, casts, or cones.
Are there socialization requirements for group play?
Dogs over six months must be spayed/neutered for group play. Temperament evaluations determine appropriate playstyle.
What holiday services are available?
We operate during holidays with adjusted hours and require $100 deposits for major holidays like Christmas and New Years.
Can I tour the facility?
Daily kennel tours available from 10am-1pm with advance appointment scheduling required for boarding and daycare introductions.

This was the first time boarding my cats here. Check in and out was smooth. It was clean and my cats came home none the worst for wear from the experience. They don't like to be away from home so they are rather clingy when they get back but no more than usual. I was allowed to see the area used for boarding the cats and while it wasn't home it was functional and separated from the other animals.

FonJon have taken incredible care of our two elderly dogs on a number of occasions. It is much easier to enjoy a vacation when you know your dogs are in a kind and loving environment. Highly recommend

Super friendly staff who you can tell loves dogs! Times are busy and they even mentioned that and apologized for missing our phone calls but were happy to help us when they called us back. Our dog absolutely loves this place and the staff! With any facility or dog park, health is not 100% guaranteed and they let us know immediately when our dog got a scrape from playing too hard in daycare. But dogs are dogs and it happens. We really appreciated their open communication and trust them with our baby, definitely recommend them!

I had my first dog training session at Fon Jon Pet Care today and it was excellent! The training from Jared, was spot on with his observations of my dog and how I handled my dog. He gave me concise tips and literally "homework" for me to work with my dog at home. I will update this post if the training gets bad but so far it's good.

We boarded our 7 year old dog here for a week while on vacation. I paid the extra money for him to have all day play so he's not in his kennel all day. I emailed twice through the week to check in on him and both times they told me he's great! We also paid for him to be groomed before we picked him up. So when my husband goes to pick him up he notices open wounds that are actually bleeding, on both his elbows, scabs on the back of his legs and he has an eye infection.
No one said anything to us about any of it! My husband asks what happened and they told us they didn't even notice. I call the manager and she said she "investigated" it and no one knows anything. She said she thinks he was just being lazy and laying around. I know my dog, that's not like him. He's not a lazy dog and he wouldn't just lay down that long until he was wounded. All they did was "credit" my account. Why would I ever take my dog back?!?

I will never take my dog back here. He has open wounds on both of his front legs and has a bunch of green gunk in his eye that appears to be infected. We paid for the grooming session where they like to do "a once over" and they missed this. I had to bring it up when I picked him up and they didn't even know or inform me of the issues that were clear as day to anyone paying attention. So not only did I have to Pay $400 dollars for the boarding, but now I get to take him to the vet in the morning to make sure he is ok. My happy excited dog that I dropped off a week ago is not my happy excited dog that I picked up today.
