Not very happy with the fact I spent over $120 for my longhaired cat to get groomed and he came home still partially wet and knots still on his legs and head.

Extra charge. get use to hearing that Taken my dog there several times bc it is close to the house and somehow the always add fees. Today it was (mind you they have trimmed my dog's nails over 15 times) - extra fee for trimming bc someone had to hold her. I was there. I stayed for the appointment in the waiting room - I could have held her. What a joke!

Love it here! This was the first time we boarded our german shepard. The staff was fantastic, very nice and welcome you to call to check on your pet. I will comeback again. They made me feel comfortable leaving my baby there. Thanks Paige for being so helpful!

Nice place that seemed to care about pets. However, they said my baby's nails needed to be trimmed even though she had just been groomed. It cost $20 extra and whoever did it was not experienced. They were cut into the quick and now my baby won't even let me touch her feet. She is now constantly licking them.

The best pet resort I have ever worked with. On my dog's first day there she was very full of anxiety. The staff realised this immediately and began working with her. By the end of the week she was dragging me into daycare to see all of her new friends. It has been a real blessing for her and our family. I can not begin to say enough good things about this place.
