This is by far the most difficult place to adopt a dog from, I've been trying for 2 week to adopt a dog but you can only adopt them if you schedule an appointment on n their website, which is nearly impossible as all date are booked, finally I decided to call them only to go find out that the phone line on their site isn't actually the one you need to call in Oakland, so I had to be transferred by the Dublin office I suppose?. any way after my call got dropped twice I eventually hear back from them, I talked to the they said that they will try to squeeze in, went to the he website again and s you surprisingly I was able to book a date 3 days ahead only to find out that their dog.

I was trying to adopt for all this time was adopted the day I book the appointment. Very frustrating process. Disappointing. I will never talk out anyone to adopting a dog regardless of the place but just be aware if you are to adopt from this shelter in particular, you might be dealing with a lot of disappointment.

My husband found this place because we were looking for the newest member of a our family. He communicated with them via email and we were scheduled to see two dogs. We took our lil guy (chihuahua terrier) with us and arrived at our scheduled time of 3 pm. We were greeted by a worker and led into an open area where Bobo was waiting for us with one of the workers. We spent about 45 minutes with him to get a good feel on his personality.

Our biggest concern was how he got along with our lil guy. My husband was pretty much sold within five minutes! As soon as we decided that Bobo was the one, we went to the receptionist area where we completed some forms and were made aware of any medical conditions and other important things to know. They had us out of there within 30 minutes. Really great people there! We definitely recommend this place.

There are a lot of animals who need to be adopted. The people here are great, they really care about the animals, and the facility was really clean! I like this facility because the dogs have a a few places to roam freely outside. Everyone was all masked as well!

I went to espca this past Sunday to get a dog for my kids. To make the long story short they did not inform me that the dog had fleas and ticks nor did they tell me he had kennel cough. I know dogs especially puppies are expensive but this puppy is super expensive and I feel that they just wanted to get rid of the dog so the new dogs can come in
