It is increasingly frustrating to continue to support the Cat Doctor. I spent a significant amount of money for various tests for 2 cats recently and the doctors who was oversaw the exama and recommended testing are only there on specific days or sometimes just specific weeks; therefore when results are returned its you wait or a different doctor calls and get the " i dont know as i didn't exam the cat" The frustration to get a callback from examining Vet and confirmation of next step prescription determination has been an ordeal.
This now has a feel of a generic clinic with rotating vets. I think they are mainly part time contract doctors. The front office personnel that i have encountered are forgetful, do not accurately take the meassage and you are burdened with no only the stress of a cat who needs medical attention but constant follow up for information or status. Now a very impersonal and anxious experience which is sad to say but potential new clients need to know. Organization/communication is chaotic and worrisome.

If you entrust your precious cat welfare to this vet you were doing a serious injustice to beloved animal. This place is not the same place as when Dr Tracy ran it. I trusted this place with the welfare of one of my most beloved friends had him checked out in November to see if he was in good shape, they told me everything was fine, now he's gone died from lymphoma and the fraud of a veterinary is to blame there are so many layers to my story that I can't lay it all down here, but if you want to know the whole story you can send me a request for it and why you should never trust this vet with your beloved animal.
