What is the trial day requirement for new dogs?
All dogs must complete a trial day before regular daycare or boarding to assess compatibility with our programs and ensure proper socialization.
What vaccination records are required for services?
We require up-to-date Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella vaccinations. Canine Influenza vaccination is recommended but not mandatory.
What items should I bring for boarding?
Bring your dog's food, medications, and any comfort items like blankets. We provide elevated cot beds and food/water bowls.
How do you handle cancellations?
Cancellations after 5pm the day before incur a $5 fee. Boarding cancellations within 24 hours require a 1-night fee, increasing to 2 nights for holidays.
What enrichment activities are available?
Our enrichment program includes obstacle courses, trick training, small-group socials, and food-based brain games tailored to each dog's motivators.

They care about my Lexi so much I don't have to worry when I drop her off. And she loves it so much when I pick her up she's had such a busy day she just crashes

Says there not breed restricted but can't handle medium- large breeds. Also crating seems to be very important to them which is not the reason we bring our dog to daycare it's to be crated less and play more. The issue is there are teenagers who don't know how to handle dogs that are hired here.

If you have a dog with high energy it will be best to find another establishment. The staff seems to not be organized. I had changed our schedule multiple times to accommodate their needs but these proposed changes began interfering with my work schedule so I was no longer able to accommodate their requested changes. If my location preference was acknowledged then I could have made more accommodations.
After setting a schedule for the winter months in advance, right before it was about to begin we were told they could mot accommodate us until May. I have been left high and dry with little to no time to make arrangements. Better communication and accommodation would have gone a long way in this instance.

Cannot say enough good things about PDP the staff is outstanding. Both friendly and detailed. They are very accomidating and give great updates when asked. The pup loves it here and gets excited whenever we walk in to run and say hi.

The staff here are incredible. So many of them had special bonds with my last dog and they are already so attentive and informed about the needs of my new pup. I always feel fantastic about leaving my dog at PDP, because I know the staff care about her and are watching out for her. Plus, she's having a blast and is developing positive socialization skills.

Very good experience for the dogs, dont get me wrong. The staff are very good with the dogs. However, almost every time I come to grab my dog, during busy hours, the wait is VERY long. Usually 20, sometimes 30 (!) minutes. Only gave 2 stars for this reason as it is very frustrating after a day of work. Would like to see them have more staff running dogs to their owners during busy hours, if possible. Would love to change to 5 stars.
