Questions
What vaccinations are required for boarding?
Dogs need Rabies, DHPP, Bordetella, and K-9 influenza. Cats require Rabies and Feline Distemper. All vaccines must be current with documentation received at least one week prior to check-in.
What are your check-in/check-out hours?
Check-in available during regular office hours (Mon-Fri 8am-6pm, Sun 6pm-8pm). We recommend checking in pets by 5pm to allow proper settling time before closing.
Do you offer holiday boarding services?
Yes, with advance reservations and non-refundable pre-payments. Holiday fees apply for stays during major holidays including New Year's, Thanksgiving, and Christmas periods.
Can I tour the facility before booking?
We require a trial day for new clients to assess pet compatibility with our environment. This helps ensure proper socialization and staff-pet familiarity before extended stays.
What items should I bring for my pet's stay?
Please provide food in labeled ziploc bags, one toy, and medications in original containers. We supply bedding and blankets but recommend against bringing personal beds for sanitation purposes.
Are there age requirements for pet services?

The first day my dog was happy to meet new friends. After I tried taking my dog here a 3rd time. He didn't want to go in. Bad sign.

The staff here are extremely friendly and caring. I have a very large unfriendly cat. But the staff had no problem boarding for 3 days. No problem with the reservation, no problem with the drop off or pick up. I have not ever left a dog here, so I could not comment on that.

Not very friendly. Seemed to be species prejudice. I'd recommend camp bow wow or check out the awesome app Rover! Much better more personal options available now a days vs. an old out dated style pet facility with rude ownership.

This doggie day care is the BEST! Colleen, Chris, & the staff genuinely love animals and I know my fur baby is in good hands. My pup is always greeted with excitement as he prances off to spend the day at doggie daycare. This has been great for him to socialize and learn to be a apart from me. Highly recommend North Main Pet Lodge if you're looking for a safe & friendly space for your fur baby.

I have been taking my dog Jasper to North Main Pet Lodge for 6 months and I'm extremely pleased with the quality of their services. Chris and Colleen have a lot of experience working with pets and it is evident by the care and attention they give each of their customers. I especially like that there are supervised play times to ensure everyone plays safely. I trust the care of my pet for both daycare and overnight boarding with North Main Pet Lodge!
