Owner and founder Dr. Cristina Valas was able to realize her dream of being her own town's small animal veterinarian, caring for the pets in her community as if they were her own. Part of the vision was to create a practice where pets are honored for the important role they play within the family and where she and her staff could contribute to the joy of pet ownership.

That is why we have made it our mission to provide comprehensive and compassionate veterinary care and that is in the best interests of you and your furriest family member. If you are in the Holliston area, and are looking for a caring veterinary team to help make sure your pet remains in good health, we are nearby and ready to help.In addition to our complete medical and surgical facilities, we also offer a wide variety of non-medical pet care services.

Dr. Valas was born in Madrid, Spain and is the oldest of six children. The whole family moved to the United Kingdom when she was 11 and moved again to the United States when she was 17. Dr. Abraham Grew up in South America and NYC. Studied undergrad Vet tech at City university of New York / CUNY and Pre Vet at UTexas, Austin.

Brittany has worked at The Family Pet Hospital for 6 years this year! She graduated from Cazenovia College in 2014 with a degree in Equine Business Management, and started working at Family Pet that same October. She came on board as a Client Liaison, and worked her way up to Practice Manager in 2019 after completing the Veterinary Management Institute Program through the American Animal Hospital Association.
