Dr. Miller is the the practice owner of our New Richmond hospital. He sold our Williamsburg location in 2021 and is now practicing at New Richmond exclusively. He was born and raised in Cincinnati and is a 1974 graduate of The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine. His wife, Susan, is also an Ohio State graduate and a Blanchester, Ohio native.
