Like people, each dog is an individual which means that one size does NOT fit all.

As well as training clients and their dogs, I've spent 30 Years training my own dogs. Participating in Obedience, Agility, Tracking, Rally Obedience and Schutzhund. 30 Years teaching 4-H Obedience classes. My 4-H students participate and earn placements in county and state level 4-H and AKC Dog Shows.
Class Description

Teach your puppy manners. Emphasis on socializing, come, sit, down and house breaking. There's also a weekly discussion on a variety of topics. This is of particular interest to people who have never before owned a dog or puppy. Class is taught by Kath Cook, an AKC Certified Canine Good Citizen Evaluator.

Blue Ribbon Dog Training Academy is located on 16.5 acres, providing spacious tracking grounds, plentiful parking as well as a large, level Schutzhund field. The training building has enough room for 1 regulation Utility size ring for indoor obedience or for a conformation ring and plenty of room for outdoor conformation ring(s).

Over the years of training my own dogs, teaching classes, and talking to dog owners on the phone. I hear the same stories over and over again. I ask the same questions. I offer advise.
