We were so blown away by Veronica. She went above and beyond in our intro visit to get to know our dog and his many quirks, taking so many notes to make sure she captured everything. When she visited last night, not only did she give him lots of snuggles and help him to go the bathroom in the snow, but she took the time to send us a sweet photo *and* also took care of some dishes we had left out because we were in a rush to get out the door.

She did not have to do that at all, and yet the fact that she did really speaks to the time and attention she gives to her clients. She's a real gem, and we are so thrilled to have found such excellent pet sitters!

We have been a loyal PetNanny client for over a year now. We have had two primary PetNanny caregivers for our dog 3-4 days a week for an hour during this span. The caregivers walk and play with her as well as provide her with water and lots of love. We receive regular texts and photos from the caregivers at work about how our dog is doing.
