What areas do you service?
We serve Newbury Park, Thousand Oaks, and Westlake Village. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate Oak Park, Agoura Hills, Camarillo, Moorpark, or Simi Valley at this time.
What types of pets do you care for?
We care for cats, dogs, birds, bunnies, gerbils, reptiles, and other small pets. Each animal receives customized attention based on their specific needs.
How long are standard visits?
We offer 30-minute visits ($30), 60-minute visits ($50), and multi-hour visits starting at $50 for the first hour. Additional pets cost $5 each.
Are there extra charges for holidays?
Yes, we apply a $25 holiday surcharge for visits during major holidays to cover premium service availability when most providers are unavailable.
Do you offer overnight stays?
Currently, we do not offer overnight pet sitting services. Our standard visits range from 30 minutes to multiple hours as needed.
How do you handle key access?
We offer secure key pickup and drop-off services for $15. This ensures safe access to your home while maintaining privacy and security for your property.

Aunt Julie is amazing! We have always taken our dogs for traditional boarding when we are out of town, but we never will again after our wonderful experience with Aunt Julie. While we were away, I never doubted that my pets were in excellent hands. Give her a call- you will be glad you did!

We just used Aunt Julie's Pet Sitting for the first time and we were so impressed with her! It's clear she really loves animals and gave us top notch service! Julie is great pet sitter and I highly recommend her. She is very organized and is able to cater to the individualized needs of my kitties. Julie deftly administers medications, feeds each of my three kitties their own specialized diets, gives my youngest energetic one the playtime that he needs, and has even won over my elderly grouchy one who dislikes everyone. Julie provides updates while I am away, and always checks in to make sure that I have returned home to resume care of my kitties as scheduled. She is very observant about the behaviors of my kitties and alerts me to any potential health issues. You can trust your loved pets to Julie's care.

We feel very lucky to have met Julie. She is extremely responsible with great attention to detail. She has been able to care for a kitty with a lot of special needs (medications, slow down food bowl, etc). She is outstanding with her communication with us -- quick to reply, includes photos. Best of all, our kitty loves Julie. She is very tuned in with animals and truly enjoys their company. I highly highly recommend Julie!

Aunt Julie is the best! We have a special needs pup - he has epilepsy - and we need to know our dog walker can help him in case of an emergency. Julie's many years working in vet offices/hospitals and her love of animals made her the perfect person for our pup. She is always on time, wore a mask during COVID and most importantly formed a special bond with our special needs pup. We highly recommend her for all pet sitting/walking!
