However, to ensure a safe environment for all, we do have to follow some rules that everyone must follow. All dogs must be on a leash or in a carrier at all times. Retractable leashes are allowed, but must be locked to no more than 6 feet while in the store. If your dog has an "accident" in the store, let us know immediately so it can be cleaned up.

What's included in a bath & brush? Includes bathing, drying, brushing out, cleaning/plucking of the ears, checking of anal glands and trimming the nails. Bow or bandana and cologne spritz. What's included in a full groom? Includes all the perks of the bath & brush plus trimming to the breed standard or to your specifications.

Because only you know how you'd like your dog groomed, we ask that the actual owner brings the dog into the appointment. That way the owner and groomer can discuss what can and can not be done. We cater to four-legged friends like no one else. They're part of your family. When you trust their grooming to us, we treat them like our family.

Our groomers can cut and style anyway you like. From shave downs to puppy cuts, teddy bear, summer cuts, mohawks and breed specific cuts, we can do it all! We do not and will not allow groomer to do anything that could be harmful to the dog. Extreme matting will have to be cut or shaved out. We will not put the dog through pain because the coat has not been brushed properly.

Long haired dogs need to be groomed daily, while short haired breeds may only need to be brushed weekly. Regular brushing and combing will remove loose or matted hair and helps keep the skin free of disease and parasites such as fleas. Natural oils will be more evenly distributed to give your dog a nice shiny coat.
