Pet Lodge USA offers franchises for boarding and daycare of dogs, cats, birds, turtles, ferrets, bunnies, and other domestic pets. As a franchisee, you decide whether you want to lodge only dogs, cats, or other pets. You may want a full-service facility where all are lodged or something in-between, such as a doggie daycare, or a cat-only lodge. After opening its first location in 2002, the Pet Lodge USA Franchise was born in 2005.

Pet Lodge USA was formed to franchise because many people commented when the original location opened about how they would like one in their own community, and indeed in other parts of the country, so that their family and friends could bring their pets.

There is no additional charge for administering medications, playtime, insurance, television, treats, or bedding! There are no hidden charges! At Pet Lodge USA each pet is fed according to instructions given to us by the pet owner! They are not fed by how a pet boarding facility decides! Pet Lodge USA does not require pet owners to pre-measure food and put it in separate bags or containers!

If you are interested in opening a pet lodge, you came to the right place, because Pet Lodge USA offers franchises in pet lodging that are a clear alternative to traditional boarding, and also to many new types! Pet Lodge USA is Green-Technology driven, and prefers to go into existing buildings. There are many empty buildings out there and we want to be a good community neighbor by filling and giving new life to a structure that is already there instead of building a new one, if at all possible.We will build a new facility if a building is not available that meets our criteria (or can't be adapted to it).

When you open your doors, you are ready! This depends on the number of dog villas, cat condos, facility preparation, and the corresponding item list that covers things needed to open based on that dog villa/cat condo quantity. Your choice of options include traditional masonry dog suites or the new PetLodgeUSA dog villa, which is shipped to your location by component and assembed on-site.

1 PLUSA-DV-01 Dog Villas and PLUSA-CC-01 Cat Condos will be shipped to and assembled at your site. Cat Condos may come already assembled. You have the choice of PLUSA-DV-01 Dog Villas which directly connect to plumbing to your conventional or septic system, or the self-contained version.
