Report
Best veterinarian we've ever had! And I've had cats - and vets- for decades. Dr. Small is very knowledgeable, considerate, caring and kind. She's great with cats AND people! I can't say enough good things about her! She is available to her patients' owners to discuss concerns we have. She offers choices of treatment options, answering our questions to help us understand and make informed decisions.
She has gotten back to us even when she's not been in the office. She's left messages for us to allay our concerns when we were away. There WAS a period in the past year that she was very, very busy and it wasn't so easy to get an appointment as it had been before. I'm sorry to hear about the bad experience the above person had. The present staff are all lovely and helpful. They get back to us relaying information from the vet when she's away from the office for a period of time. They are always helpful and courteous. I have recommend Le Chat to others, and they have uniformly been pleased.
