First time getting my dog groomed here. I normally take my giant dog to his vet for a simple bath, however he was in need of a paw trim and an intense summer de-shedding that my arms just can not do right by him. I was afraid he was going to have a hard time letting them walk him to the back without me, but the groomer that took him was really sweet with him and he just walked away, didn't even look back at me. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because I paid for the de shedding package upgrade, which stated it included a bandana and a "pawgress picture" and I received neither of those.

Love happy tails! This was our second time using them. I love that there's someone there 24/7. They upload pics so you can see your fur baby while you're away. And if anything arises they call and email. I would recommend them 1000%. My chanel enjoys her stay with happy Tails!

We've been using Happy Tails for about a year now. We leave our baby Noel, a one year old Siamese mix there when we're out of town. She's a typical feline, does not like to be held and petted much and is not happy when her routine is changed. But the folks at Happy Tails are great with her. She is comfortable in her tower condo or condo with a window. The front desk crew are cheerful, helpful, flexible and accomodating. Will recommend Happy Tails.

We use to board our dog when we are out of town. He continues to enjoy it and stays there happily every time. It's nice to receive pictures of Mike's while we are away.

We were pleased with the daycare and training sessions, we noticed marked improvement with his behavior. The team at Happy Trails Pet Resort are prompt and professional. The facility is clean and pets are well cared for. We enjoyed the daily videos of our dogs interaction with other dogs in play groups, super cute and fun to watch. We are satisfied with our experience at Happy Trails Pet Resort and would recommend it!
