What services does Animal Medical Center offer?
We provide vaccinations, wellness exams, dental care, surgical procedures, grooming, boarding, parasite prevention, and nutritional counseling for dogs, cats, and small mammals.
Do you handle emergency pet care?
We refer emergency cases to Premier Vet Group (708-388-3771) or Animal Emergency of Mokena (708-326-4800) for 24/7 critical care needs.
What are your vaccination requirements for services?
Dogs need rabies, distemper/parvo combo, bordetella, and canine influenza. Cats require rabies, distemper combo, and bordetella. Proof of fecal testing is also required.
What boarding options are available?
We offer clean, supervised boarding for dogs, cats, and small mammals. Pets receive personalized care, but we cannot accommodate aggressive animals for safety reasons.

My regular vet clinic closed due to the pandemic. Naws animal shelter recommended Animal Medical Center. I called Friday and was able to receive an appointment the next Tuesday. They gave my fur baby an excellent examination, explained everything to me. I was quite pleased with the Dr. and the in-take staff. The waiting room is large, roomy, and clean. Plenty of parking, and handicapped accessible. Me and my boys now have a new clinic and Dr.

Dr. Porcelli is the best. He takes time to make us understand the pros and cons of treatments, very compassionate & kind & courteous. Can't say enough good about him. We have been going to him for 17 years. The clinic is kept clean.

The only place I take my Bailey for grooming. Vicki always does a fantastic job, the front desk girls are very friendly, and whichever vet he sees when needed keeps him healthy. I haven't had any need for boarding, but this would be my first choice if required.

I love everything about Animal Medical Clinic! The gals at the front desk are always friendly and helpful. The doctors are patient, caring and knowledgeable. The groomers go above and beyond. Always a pleasant experience.
