This is one of very few companies that still cares and focuses on the end user. They are a genuine company that truly cares and it shows. I dealt with Miranda and she was insanely knowledge a joy to speak with and between her and her supervisor I had my issue taken care of better than I could have imagined the out come to be. Keep it up Zoo Med and Miranda! 10/10 you have a lifetime customer in me. On top of that I will always recommend zoo med. (They have the superior product lines anyway I've tried all the different manufacturers) Great job and thank you.
