Services
Cage-Free Dog Boarding
Our cage-free dog boarding provides a home-like environment for low-energy dogs. Limited to six dogs, pets enjoy socialization, play areas, and in-home access. We prioritize comfort with daily monitoring and premium pet insurance coverage up to $1,000 per incident. This service suits dogs preferring a relaxed, family-oriented setting over traditional kennels.
Small Dog Zen Den Daycare
Zen Den Daycare caters to small dogs seeking calm social interaction. Unlike high-energy facilities, we offer a relaxed atmosphere with controlled play sessions. Dogs engage at their own pace in a secure environment designed for smaller breeds. This service includes supervised play and rest periods tailored to low-energy temperaments.
Horse Retirement Boarding
Horse Retirement Boarding at Huston Ranch provides elder care for senior horses. Services include daily turnout, three meals daily, and social arrangements. Our private equestrian property in Eden Valley specializes in maintaining older horses' physical comfort and emotional well-being. This service addresses unique needs of horses living into their 30s.
Pet Sitting Visits
Pet Sitting Visits maintain pets' routines in their own homes. Our caregivers customize visits to meet specific needs while ensuring property security. Services include feeding, medication administration, and companionship. Though temporarily unavailable for new clients, this option prioritizes minimizing stress for pets during owners' absences.
Overnight Stays
Overnight Stays service provides 24-hour pet supervision in clients' homes. Caregivers stay overnight to maintain normal routines and ensure pet safety. This service includes customized care plans and property checks. Currently unavailable for new clients, it focuses on reducing separation anxiety while maintaining household security during extended absences.

We have used both the daycare and in-home visits at Hounds to Horses. Lucy and Jasper always get the best of care. Lucy thinks Bill is her "other Dad" and sometimes seems to prefer staying with him than coming home! That tells me that she's getting the love and attention she needs while we are away. We've been using H to H for over 8 years and I would recommend it to anyone who wants kindhearted people to take care of their fur babies. Thanks Janean and Bill!

Janean is extremely knowledgeable about dogs and seems to be able to make them feel very comfortable. My 2 Chihuahuas have stayed with her 2 times over the last couple of months. 1 is very skittish and the other has tremendous separation anxiety. Both so very well there and I am so grateful!
