I was told my dog's "trial day" would consist of gradually introducing him to some calm dogs not in the main pens, but when I checked on the camera only 20 minutes after dropping off, he'd been put in with SO MANY other dogs. He was clearly terrified, tail between his legs, running away from other dogs, etc. I saw on the camera the attendants ignoring it. Even when he started to be chased by one very persistent dog.
The cameras are bad quality but I could easily tell what was going on. I was also told if the trial day wasn't going well, I would be contacted so I could pick him up, but I never was. I had to call myself to check in and they said he was too scared to eat lunch but "doing fine" which doesn't make sense. I'm a new dog owner so I trusted them, but I know better now. Another huge issue is that they didn't check ID when I had a friend pick up for me. There's a spot for this specifically on the enrollment form, but they just brought out my dog without even asking who my friend was. So anyone can come off the street and take your dog.

All my dogs love it here! The staff is so attentive and even notice when one of my dogs gets a new collar. I love the camera so I can check on my dogs throughout the day. Such a great experience to bring them every week

They are wonderful with their animals my best friend Carrie works there she used to own her own dog care facility but covid she went through hardship so now she's at the dog cabin they are wonderful with the animals very clean your animals are in a good place if they're there

We started bringing our 8 month old puppy to the Dog Cabin when we were getting renovations done in our condo. I filled out the application and set up a date to bring her in for her pre-screening. She did great and was told she's welcomed back anytime! You have the option of downloading the ODoggy app to view the dogs. I'm happy to see her socialize with the other dogs and the employees are very kind and attentive. Yuna always has a great time and comes home so tired from a busy play day!

My 13 year old Morkie is a nervous wreck when it comes to the groomers, but since switching to the Dog Cabin, she has been far less anxious and comes out looking and smelling great! The staff is super friendly and their services won't break the bank! 100% recommend the Dog Cabin!

My dog stayed two times here. 1st time came home with extreme diarrhea - vet told me it was probably because she ate different food (I gave the staff plenty of her own food for a 1 night visit). I also find it extremely odd they close 12pm on sunday. Who is at the facility? are you telling me my dog sits in a cage for 17hours until I arrive at 7am monday morning? - that is disgusting behavior of a place that considers it a place that cares about dogs. Will be finding someone else.
