I highly recommend this place for both boarding and grooming. The staff members are very friendly and great with my dog. I have had problems with another place in the area that doesn't seem to call me back and commit to taking advanced reservations. I have been happy with Four Paws Inn and they take away the stress that comes with planning a vacation.

We took our three little dogs two Yorkies and a chihuahua for baths and hair cuts for the Yorkies. They came back looking great. This was our first time going there. Our former groomer moved away. I was nervous trying them out but all turned out well.

Mostly good. Two concerns. Registration for upcoming stays needs a lot of improvement. The last several stays here reservations made including all drop off, pickup details given. Days later when arriving for pet drop off there is no record of the appointment. Second issue. After seeing the daily rate on the website for pet boarding I anticipate a $ amount to be spent on pickup. Some of the personnel cannot do math!
They err on the overprice side. Irritating! Then they act confused when the amount is disputed. To clarify for the staff and customers I recommend having the amount broken down on the receipt. Boarding = $$ Amount per day for x amount of days. Then any additional fees i.e. Grooming etc. then taxes and total.
