Services
Obedience Training
Structured obedience training programs for dogs at all skill levels. Our six-week courses develop basic commands, leash manners, and advanced competition skills. Classes meet weekly at our Florissant facility with experienced AKC-certified instructors guiding progress.
Puppy Classes
Specialized training for puppies aged 8 weeks to 5 months. Focuses on socialization, housebreaking, and basic commands. First session conducted without dogs to discuss puppy development and owner responsibilities.
Rally Classes
AKC Rally Obedience training with progressive skill levels. Combines traditional obedience with engaging stations requiring handler-dog teamwork. Available in beginner and advanced formats to prepare for competition.
CGC Testing
American Kennel Club Canine Good Citizen evaluations. Tests basic obedience and public manners for dogs of all ages. Includes advanced testing for dogs demonstrating exceptional skills in community settings.
Obedience Trials
Three annual AKC-sanctioned obedience trials featuring multiple competition levels. Events include Novice, Open, and Utility classes with professional judging. Hosted at our dedicated trial facility in Wentzville, Missouri.

Enrollment options include our online form or downloadable paper application. Both require submission with payment to our Florissant address.

Our main training facility is at 4401 N. Hwy 67 in Florissant, Missouri. Trials are held at our Wentzville location.

Perfect place to teach your dog basic obedience! Great instructors, willing to answer questions or address concerns about what your issues are with your own dog. Highly recommend!

My sister and I take our dog, Georgia, to classes here. The prices are affordable and the trainers are great! We started Beginning Obedience class 8/2019, shortly after we adopted Georgia, who is a very intelligent 4-year-old Lab/German Shepherd mix with a lot of energy and a low tolerance for boredom. She loves it and she has loved every trainer! We are currently taking the Trick class, which is a lot of fun.
All the trainers take time during class to work with individuals when needed. They welcome questions about dog care and behavior, even if they are not the topic of the class. The best part is, they all love dogs and they love helping people bond with their canine friends through treat and encouragement based training. An additional benefit is, If you're interested in going on and getting your dog a canine good citizen title or competing in rally, obedience, agility, herding, coursing, or anything else you can think of to enjoy with your dog, they either do that or know where you can go! I highly recommend the North County Obedience Training Club. You and your dog will love it!

Have taken beginners, advanced beginners, two different Rally classes. So enjoy the classes with Mary, Greg, Ginger, Nancy and the NCOTC president B.J. our dog loves going to NCOTC.
